Adding and Sending a Form
This guide provides a step by step walkthrough of how to add a template from the library and how to upload a template to A.O.R. forms
Go to app.aorforms.com
1. Click "Templates"
Click on "Templates"

2. Click "Library"
In the Template section, you have two choices. First you can import an existing template from the Library. These are stock templates provided by your organization or from A.O.R Forms. To add a form to your list of templates, first navigate to "Library"

3. Click "Import"
Select the "Import" option

4. Click "Confirm"
Choose the "Confirm" option to import this library template into your list of available templates that you can send.

5. Click "All Templates"
Next we'll look at uploading your own template into A.O.R Forms. To start his second option, click on the "All Templates" field

6. Click "Create"
Select the option to "+ Create"

7. Add Your Template
Start by adding a name for your template. Chose something that will make finding this template easy when you are ready to send it out for signatures.

8. Click "Upload Template"
Next, you'll drag your PDF based template or click Browse to locate the file on your computer. Once you've added the file, click on "Upload Template"

9. Edit to Activate
Now that your file is uploaded, you need to edit the file so that you can set the different input fields that will be filled out when this form is sent out for signatures. Click the pencil button to edit the form.

10. fill in form
Now that you are in edit mode, drag the fields that are on the left side onto your document. Each field and be resized and dragged around to best fit your form.

11. Fill Signature + Date
Be sure to add the Signature field onto your form as this is required for all forms.

12. Click "Save template"
Once you are done dragging all of the required fields onto the form, go ahead and select the "Save template" option

13. Template Ready
Now your templates are ready to be sent. Back in the All Templates view, you can see all of your active templates ready to be sent.

14. Click "Send"
Choose the template you'd like to send out by simply clicking the "Send" option

15. Click "Select contact"
Now the Send Form dialog appears. Here you will configure who and how the form will be sent. Start by selecting a contact for the primary signature or Signer 1 field. If you contact isn't in the list, click the create contact option.

16. Click "Send Form"
After selecting your contact, you can now choose how you would like to send this form, either by email, text message or both. You can also set when the form will be sent, right away or at a time you schedule. Once your options are all set, you can go ahead and click Send Form to start the signature process with the identified contact.

17. Pending
Now that your document has been sent, you'll see the status back on the Forms Sent screen. I will initially be in the scheduled state and then flip over to the Signed state after the signature has been captured.
